Would you return home to New Orleans?

Ok, now that most people are out of NOLA, if you lived there before, and they cleaned everything up, got the water out and beefed up the levies, would you want to go back home and repair? Or live somewhere else and start over in an area above sea level?

I think If it was my home I would go back, home after all is home.
