You need to learn the simple fact of life that rarely is anything anyone says on freerepublic.com ever of any factual value whatsoever.

just guessing

1) "mission completed" sounds like they shot suspect dead

2) military used gun with silencers

3) "homicide" attribute cause of suspects death

4) the soldier will get no recognition for his wounds and sacrifice (maybe I'm too cynical on this one)

no I'm not a conspiracy theory nut, I never stayed at a Holiday Inn Express ever, but I was military for a loooooooooong time,
and I could be totally wrong here
I hope and prayer the soldier is going to be alright.

I think that depends on your political leanings. But don't kill the messenger.

I would hope in a a time like this we wouldn't be hearing a hoax like this.

I have a hard time believing this is fake when I've heard about the different locations they were in. They would have to have done lots of research... great background noises and the sirens were playign earlier... the use of language.... too many things for me to believe this is 100% real.

The :8000 makes a big difference. Means it's on the same server, but not the same thing. Considering a server can have many different thing unaffiliated with each other run off it, it should be fine.

That makes sense.

I officially retract any speculation that this is a hoax.

I doubt that this has been a hoax.
Not "spectacular" enough.
I really think that there is a soldier out there with a bullet in his leg.
I'm praying for him to live and make a full recovery.

The post did make me think for a minute, but I just remember everything I heard over the last 3 hours... you can't make that all up lol.

They nailed the Lafayette exit earlier... everything they've said to me has been 100% cause I've been to all these places... LaPlace etc...
