Can't seem to get the link, Pearl River; but I'll keep trying. I don't know much about this; but it still smacks of someone trying to cover their rear. There's little doubt that the MRGO's levees were overtopped at places--there's photographic proof of it. Anyone trying to pretend there was only 3 feet of surge going up the MRGO needs to stay well shy of Brooklyn or they'll come home with a deed to a bridge they don't own.

Aside from all that there's absolutely NO doubt about the documentation that MRGO caused the flooding in Betsy, and has contributed exponentially to worsening the loss of St. Bernard's wetland areas. I will be fair enough to try to get the document or pdf file and read it; but I still maintain that that ugly ditch needs to GO!
