At least Charlie threw up a bone by knocking out the Internet's biggest White supremacist site for a day. (Hopefully, he also dealt with a few of the neo-Nazis willing to host the site.)

Well, I can tell you that Sprint housed 600 DS3 hubs in New Orleans and my company had 2 private T1s between Orlando, FL and Los Angeles, CA that are all not operational at the moment. By the way a DS3 is equivilent to 16000 phone lines. So I wouldn't doubt it if Katrina took care of a few other sites.
