WLOX-TV's special coverage of "Katrina: One Year Later" will begin August 29 at 5:30am with a special edition of Good Morning Mississippi.

You'll also be able to watch a live webcast of our coverage on August 29 from 4-5:30pm and from 6-10:30pm. Look for a link on our homepage Tuesday afternoon. Our WLOX.com webcast is brought to you by L'IL Hauler Waste Services, Coastal Mortgage of D'Iberville and AD&R.

Tuesday, August 29 from 5:30-7am, Good Morning Mississippi will feature several in-studio guests including Dr. Tom Yarnell from the Counseling Center.
Rhonda Weidner will update the repair work at Beauvoir and Tommy Richards will check in on the FEMA Operations Center located at the Coast Coliseum. Jim Tabor will also update the work to rebuild the Bay. St Louis bridge on Highway 90.

Tuesday, August 29 from 7-9am, WLOX News will carry Good Morning America's coverage of the Katrina Anniversary from New Orleans and Pass Christian. WLOX News will break in with Special Reports to cover memorial services in Gulfport, Biloxi and Waveland.

Tuesday, August 29 from 11:30am-Noon, WLOX News will air a special "Katrina: One Year Later" edition of our MidDay News. Guests currently set to appear during the broadcast include attorney Dickie Scruggs and members of the band 3 Doors Down.

Tuesday, August 29 from 4-5:30pm, WLOX's "Katrina: One Year Later" coverage will include reports on the recovery efforts from across South Mississippi, flashback video of what was happening during Katrina's landfall, and in studio guests including republican Senator Trent Lott and democrat Representative Gene Taylor. Tuesday, August 29, from 5:30-6pm, World News Tonight with Charles Gibson.

Tuesday, August 29, from 6-10:35pm, WLOX News will continue its local coverage of "Katrina: One Year Later" with updates on the coast's recovery, discussions on important issues facing South Mississippians such as insurance and affordable housing, and in studio guests including Gov.
