Fast developing storms in the past

hi,
normally a storm goes through the 'stages' TD - TS - cat 1 -cat 2, etc.
Is there any resource online availble about which storms developed extreme fast in the past (let's say the last 5-10 years), so they 'skipped' one of the normal stages.
Like Fay and Dolly never were declared as a TD and went from beeing an invest streight to TS status.
Wilma in 2005 went directly from cat2 to cat 4, and if I remember correctly, Charly in 2004 jumped from cat1 to cat3.
Where can I get a list of storms that were declared TS without beeing a TD before, or other storms that skipped a category?
Thanks in advance for any info!
