Where Can I Find An Atlantic Hurricane Map That Is Editable?

I need to find an Atlantic hurricane map that is editable and can be printed around 24"*36". I'm making them for school kids so I want to be able to edit the map to add some graphics, change colors, etc. I want to make the map fun and interesting while keeping it accurate. Any suggestions on software to edit the map? Thanks...
