I'm trying to find an ATCR (Annual Tropical Cyclone Report) that has the North Indian Ocean, Southwest Indian Ocean, Australian Basin, and the South Pacific.
I know that the Joint Typhoon Warning Center has the files with the PDF for the Pacific Typhoon Season ATCRs, but how can I find them in the PDF? I've only found it in a zip or KML file.
Any help would be welcome, because I really need it for my projects.

All observations are in Tecumseh, OK unless otherwise noted.
Winter posts are focused mainly for Oklahoma & Texas.
Take any of my forecasts with a grain of salt, refer to the NWS, SPC, and NHC for official information
Never say Never with weather! Because ANYTHING is possible!

JTWC usually publishes the ATCR 1 - 2 years after the season occurs

I'm looking for the PDF files for the ACTRs from previous seasons, this would be a huge boost for my project on my College. (Yes, you heard me right)

This sadly only applies to the Western Pacific

The ATCR PDF files already contain storms from all basins, not just the NW Pacific.

Yep, just noticed it! Guess I needed to look further down.
Hurricane2022, you actually were a really good help for locating them.
