I've seen Dvorak numbers mentioned in a lot of different forecasts and sometimes on NHC discussions. I've been trying to find out more about them and have found lots of info on how to interpret them, such as:

Full Satellite Intensity Estimate Code:

EXAMPLE: Ttt/cc/Lvv/xxhrs
Where:
T - Tropical (ST is used for Sub-Tropical systems)
tt - Satellite Derived T-Number
cc - System Current Intensity T-Number
L - Past Change
D - Developing
W - Weakening
S - Little or No change (Same)
vv - Amount of Past change in T-Number
xx - Hours over which the change was observed

Example: T4.5/5.5/W1.0/24hrs

Translation: The system appears on satellite imagery to be T-Number 4.5 storm. The Current intensity is still 5.5 and the system is still generating sustained winds of about 100 knots. As a forecast tool, the Dvorak technique is showing a weakening trend and the likelihood of a lowering CI within the next 24hours.

The only problem is I can't find them. Is there anywhere to get these intensity estimates online?

Others may have better places, but this should get you going.

Let me point out that the CIMSS site is an automated process and is statistically considered an over-estimate.

It's more reliable to use the other sites.

SSD (a.k.a SAB) is a reliable site. The PSU site is a copy of SAB's data. Good luck finding TAFB's estimate. As for AFWA, it's going to be a little difficult accessing that data without a password to their site. Look for this bulletin header for Atlantic storms: TPNT KGWC

Yep, I saw on their site where it says they do not make it available to the public. Thanks for the advice on the other sites as far as which is more reliable.
