Information I've seen indicates no forward direction now... seems stationary a least temporarily.

Officially, it's a TS. However, so far there has been nothing to confirm that intensity.

its still naked and no way he will be a full fledged TS by morning seems alot of high clouds are wisping SW approaching his NE side so shear is going to be a prob!
