Well when your done with them can you send them out to sea? Last thing we need here is 2" of rain from EACH of these systems, if not more then that

Yes I'm in Tally, I see you are too. I'm pretty much prepared, just need to get all the lawn chairs, etc put up. Good luck to you!

Wow, I've never seen a storm blow up like that, from a few pathetic scraps to what looks very close to a hurricane in about 6 hrs! Also about tripled her diameter in the same time frame. Amazing!

Bonnie Starting to take on a comma shape...

A sign that it's still intensifying and beginning to turn NE as the SW flow turns towards that direction.

I didn't think so last night, but after looking at it this morning, I definitely think it can become a hurricane.

Bonnie materializing into a Potential Hurricane

#1769 Postby Hyperstorm » Wed Aug 11, 2004 9:11 am

Everyone in the FL Panhandle is advised to be cautioned about it, more so than Charley, INITIALLY.

I will tell you that the shear has been reduced significantly this morning and latest satellite images indicate a more concentric CDO developing OVER the LLC. This system can do an Alex-type play here and catch many people off guard.

I'm RECOMMENDING Hurricane Watches for the FL Panhandle...

Latest GFDL on Bonnie..........

#1777 Postby Dean4Storms » Wed Aug 11, 2004 9:21 am

this model has been very consistant on Bonnie with both direction and strength. It now takes Bonnie to a 100 mph hurricane at landfall right over the top of me........

Time to start preparing the yard.
