CENTRAL PRESSURE OF 1002HPA AT 27S038W, MOVING SOUTH, WITH CYCLONIC
WIND FORCE 7 WITH GUSTS FORCE 8 AND ROUGH SEA AFFECTING AREAS
BRAVO, DELTA AND SOUTH OCEANIC.
