george I agree. Lots and lots of community service i sthe answer here. DOing time will only turn this kid into a REAL criminal.

And I still say a personal visit from the Pres wouldn't hurt either! W could give him a stern talking to. Tell him to do his community service and tow the line. Never to screw up again! That kid would hopefully be nodding his head, sure Mr. President, I'm so sorry.....could make for a good PR moment too.
