Cellulite

I picked up a women's magazine recently and there was a page for cellulite. I hope I haven't recycled it, but you brewed coffee, very strong, saved the coffee grounds and rubbed them into your thighs. Then you wrapped your leg in saran wrap. I forget if you did this in the shower, I think you had to warm your skin somehow. Anyway, the caffeine constricts the blood vessels and the cellulite temporarily disappears. Have I tried this - no! It did sound odd. And it didn't sound like it was permanent. But it could be an easy fix if you're trying to shape up for pool season.
Me - I wear capri's and swimsuit coverups. Then the coverup comes off right before I get wet. I just don't want to advertise I have what you're trying to get rid of and I inherited my mom's varicose veins (light purple ones, not raised but beneath the skin). I have a SIL who seems to have a lot of money, she's always saying I can go to a doctor for them. Ha - our insurance wouldn't cover cosmetic needs and the visits would add up, b/c I have them just about all over.
I just suffer thru Summer and look forward to going back to sweaters and cords in the winter!
Good luck.

Luckly you just noticed at a later age, and its only a few. I have read many different theories on how you can get rid of it, but none really work. I am sure there are some scientists somewhere working really hard in a lab somewhere trying to figure it out right now. Because the one who finally figures it out will be a billionaire many times over.

Say bye-bye to dimply fat
Instant Celleulite Eraser
Banish fatty deposits before a day at the beach with this trick: After brewing coffee, store the grounds in a sealed container in the fridge. Then, before you bare your legs, heat 1/2 cup of the ground in the microwave until slightly warm (about 45 seconds). In the shower, rub into dimply areas for two minutes. Trap granules against skin with plastic wrap; keep on for 10 minutes and rinse off. How it works: "The massaging action loosens trapped body fat," says natural healthy and beauty expert Susan M. Lark, MD, coauthor of The Chemistry of Success Action Plan (Bay Books). "And caffeine's duretic properties shrink and smooth surface skin for up to 12 hours."
2 store bought products were mentioned, both had short term results.
1. Sephora Indulgences Coffee & Cream Scrub ($18)
2. Biotherm Celluli-Choc Skin Smoothing Gel $46
