Has anyone actually tried this?

If so did it work?

Given that many vision problems such as near-sightedness are actually because of a deformation of the lens and not weak muscles, I am on the skeptical side. But, it might have other benefits anyways just for normal visual activies related to, say, sitting in front of the computer for hours on end, for example.

I had my last eye exam in mid-April 2002 and my eyes are no worse than they were from my previous eye exam; which was a few years earlier.

I am online very often and without my eyes worsening in over a two year period, sitting in front of the computer for long periods of time doesn't lead to poorer eyesight.

Well I've been working on computers for over 20 years. My eye site decline in college then actually got better for a bit, but now is worsening. Figure it's just age, but I am all for NON SURGERY.
