Another UFO Sighting in Texas?

In less than a month, a resident in Frisco, TX has come foreward to ABC affiliate WFAA-TV with (what he claims to be) a UFO sighting.

That seems to be some kind of insect, not an UFO.

Looks like the moon to me except when it is close up, then it looks like idk. I wish the video was still.

Looks like the moon at first, then an out of focus flashlight or something that is shining at the camera.
