Tales of the Gold Monkey!! Was on in the 80's for a couple of seasons and it was outstanding.

All in the Family was the best.
Seinfeld was a great show. Related to that, I also like Larry David's Curb Your Enthusiasm.
Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman was so weird...that's why I loved it. Speaking of MH, MH, did you all know that Debralee Scott died in 2005 at only 52? Very sad. I always liked her. I think I wanted to marry her... I was only 15 then. She went on Match Game a lot as a panelist. May she RIP.
Aside: Dabney Coleman first became well-known from MH, MH although he did other things earlier.
I loved The Carol Burnett Show. She did a great takeoff of MH, MH:

Gunsmoke
The radio version kicks some serious booty. I love it. I still listen to them all. William Conrad was amazing in the role of Marshal Matt Dillon.

Sea Hunt and Sky King were two of the best. Best of all time? St. Elsewhere, Mash, All in the Family

All in the Family for sure, but I also like Rowan & Martins Laugh In and remember Saturday Night Live from it's very first show.
The Tonight Show from Jack Parr to Johnny Carson to Jay Leno. All great stuff!

The best TV show ever is The Simpson's but like many say the show is now a former shell of itself with most episodes in recent seasons being terrible or flat out boring. This latest season was just pure garbage. The only reason it's still on is because of it's former legacy which extremely few shows manage to do. The show was so good back in the 90s that ten years after it peaked it's still on because of the first ten years! That is quite extraordinary in my eyes.

I remember when some of my friends couldn't watch The Simpsons because of how grown up the content was... compared with most things today it is tame. The Simpsons did used to be a great show.
