Hey!
I have been noticing more and more of my joints aching from time to time over the years. However, I seem to get flare ups in one joint and then as that one fades, a new area starts. For instance, my left thumb would get stiff and hurt from inactivity. That has gone away and now my right elbow hurts from being in a bent position too long. My two index fingers, especially my left one can't curl in all the way when I make a fist - the tip of the finger doesn't quite touch the hand at first in the morning.
Does anyone else have arthritis pain that moves around?

Re: Arthritis pain
Stephanie,
Sorry to hear about your arthritis pain!!
Gratefully, that's not something I've experienced, so don't know the answer. I always thought once a joint became arthritic, it more or less stayed that way. My girlfriend started experiencing something similar to what you describe, but she quit using aspertame, and it went away. I know there's a lot of controversy about if such claims are true, but a short test period is all it takes to find out. Another very health-conscious girlfriend now uses stevia, and swears by it. Also, have heard that thyroid imbalance, something which can occur naturally as we age due to changes in hormone levels, can aggravate arthritus.
