Excerpts from a Howard Dean fundraiser

ummm lindaloo.. A comedian said them at a fundraiser.If Dean had said those comments that would be another matter. :) . Still it wasn't the brightest move by Dean to allow that at his fundraiser.. I wouldn't worry though.. The Bush administration is licking their chops at the thought of Dean being the Dem nominee:):):):)

No matter if it was a comedian or Dean himself. Dean was laughing at the jokes. It is so funny that people can pick apart someones joke but when an actual comedian makes racist jokes in front of a Dem it is fine. If the shoe had been on the other foot (already has been and we know the outcome) and this comedian had been in front of George Bush, the media would have been all over it. Probably calling for the impeachment of our President. NUFF SAID!

And the NAACP is nothing but a liberal mouthpiece for the liberal Democrtas!! They should all wake up and smell the coffee. The Dems use African Americans to further their own political agenda.

There was something else buried in Dean's foreign policy speech that needs addressing. Dean was trying to show that he wasn't really weak on security, that he wouldn't really be all that much of a wimp in the Oval Office. He said that "Had the United Nations given us permission and asked us to be a part of a multilateral force I would not have hesitated to go into Iraq."

Well, isn't that special. Dean would have gone into Iraq --- but only if the United Nations gave him permission. With this statement Dean has informed America that actions he would take to defend the territory and the people of the United States would be subject to the approval of the United Nations. In other words, actions taken by a President Dean to protect the people of the United States would be subject to a French veto.

Sorry, folks ... but this is not part of my definition of a loyal American.

I agree that if this had gone on at a GOP function, the press would have been all over it. I guess as Al Franken says "It's parody."
