Dennis - is "warsh" a regional pronunciation? If so, that might explain why I used to say it when I was younger. I was born in MO, but I lived in CO from age 1 1/2 to 5 (during my early speaking years). Maybe I picked up "warsh" from one of my teachers there or something. I still have a non-Southern accent and my mom says Colorado's probably where I got it.

*shrugs* Dunno, but I'm glad. :)
