It is just hard to go through the legal system for anything. The process is so intimidating, can cost a lot, and you never really know if the person genuinely wants to help you.

Sounds like you did good...and so did George. Hopefully, it will work out to your favor to have representation on the issue. You do want to get it off the credit report. That's something that will make you cry for years unless you can eliminate it.

This should be all over in a few weeks and hopefully I won't have to pay the full amount of Judgement. The lawyer said he would do his best to get them to settle this for less. It cost me $350.00 just for going there yesterday!
