Fatal medical copter crash

#1 Postby GalvestonDuck » Mon Mar 22, 2004 9:54 am

(Can't help but say under my breath "Damn illegals!" If they hadn't have needed the trip, chances are the flight would not have been necessary and the crew would still be alive.)

Shawn if it was mechanical the crash would have happened anyway at a later time. I just think that comment was a bit harsh  They are still human beings.

Maybe it was harsh. And I'll need to wait until the NTSB report until I can say for sure what the cause of the crash was, but there was rough weather during the flight (according to the news article).

But if her child was so sick, why risk all the legal hassle with the border patrol and other obstacles of getting over here? Why not stay in Mexico and let him be treated there? Why risk being rejected and sent back without US medical treatment anyway? Now she and her son are dead.
