Favorite Game Show tune

#1 Postby Josephine96 » Fri May 14, 2004 7:37 pm

I don't know how many of you guys watch Game Shows.. But my favorite Game show themes are probably the themes to Jeopardy, Price is Right, and Tic Tac Dough from the 70's..

What are some of you guys favorite game show melodies..?

The final jeopardy music... it gets stuck in my head for days on end, too!

Some reality shows are game shows in a way since they are contests with prizes at the end, right?

Mine fave would be the theme to Survivor.

I like the theme song to Tic Tac Dough (wish it was still on) and Match Game. The ones from the '70's and 80's are great. 8-)

I actually got two of the $2,000 questions correct on (Double) Jeopardy! last night. I also got the number of U.S. Senators there were in 1953. (I believe the answer was for 1953. :)

Definitely the final Jeopardy tune. Sometimes I'll whistle or hum that when I'm waiting on somebody for something and I want to give them a hard time.

Tic Tac Dough is not running on the Game Show Network. It hasn't since before my cable company made it available, which was two years ago in March.

They (GSN) is creating more new shows, so they are taking all the classic games shows off the air. We may need GSN2! :)

They used to run Tic Tac Dough on Saturday Mornings. I actually liked some of the classic game shows they had on..
