Miami Dolphins @ New Orleans Saints

#1 Postby dhweather » Fri Sep 03, 2004 7:17 pm

Just started the 2nd quarter, and a Saints fan was holding a sign

"We're praying for you Miami"

Nice to see folks with compassion. :)

PS, the Saints just kicked a chip shot for a 10-7 lead.

Thanks DH for reminding me. I forgot it was time to watch the Saints lose.

They do always find a way, son't they?

At least Miami gets something nice this weekend, even if its a preseason game.

Living 6-12 feet below sea level will inspire an incredible amount of compassion for hurricane victims!

Been lurking several days. Impressed with the knowledge here. Hope to become a valued member of the community here.

That being said...I have the same gut feeling about Ivan that I did about Georges. Georges wiped out the camp community I have since become a part of (see my profile for weblink). I have that and my house to be concerned with this time. I fear for our future...but even among my friends here I have the reputation for being the resident 'weather weenie'.
