Dang...Tana has to lead Chris, Brian, and Kristin? That's gonna be one rough task, even Carolyn had to agree.

Yeah... Tana was none to happy about it either. It was strange... last night, Chris was the one acting his age.

I think that Kendra can be the dark horse in all of this. I voted for Tana, but for her to bring up that she has to lead a team of "screwballs" and actually ask in the boardroom if they can switch teammates took me back abit. It's a test and hasn't she seen the other 2 seasons? I can understand that she's nervous, but Kendra just rolled with the punches on that one.

Okay, I NOW THINK that Kendra will win this. Tana got too confident and instead of working with the "Three Stooges" and trying to make lemonade out of lemons, she blamed all of the problems on them. She wasn't in control.

Kendra has the knack of being able to work with ANYONE - Craig, Danny, Michael, etc. She wasn't pleased with who she had assigned to her but never went on and on about it. She did what she had to do to get the project to work with her employees. She treated them with respect. Kendra can manage employees. Tana is too independent and can't handle tough situations.

I agree. After last night, I have completely changed my opinion.

I noticed Kendra got a MAJOR winner's edit last night too... we saw a lot more of Tana's event and her mistakes which leads me to believe the decision is already made despite Carolyn/George saying it was a tough decision... that was months ago afterall.

Kendra has this hands down!!!! She made Tana look like a fool last night imo. And I did vote for Tana originally. Tana just can't handle it among the the NY crowd, plain and simple.

I was horribly disappointed with Tana last night. What was up with her? Couldn't she have bedazzled an American flag in a couple of minutes? :)

The NBC polls *did* have Tana ahead 73%-27% last week. Yesterday afternoon when I checked, it was down to 68%-32A%. Now, Tana still have 59% of viewers rooting for her and 41% for Kendra. I thought maybe public opinion might have a little pull with Trump. But that was before last night's flub ups by Tana AND befor I knew that last night was not the finale. I don't remember the previous two seasons having such a long drawn out finale. I mean, we've basically watched the Kendra-Tana showdown for two shows already (last week, after Craig was fired and the tasks and teams were discussed, and this week, the whole task). So now, we still have another entire hour NEXT WEEK? Of course, they're bringing in the team members so they can discuss and, hopefully, fight for their project manager. They've done that before. I just don't recall it being this drawn out. Is it just that it used to be two hours long and that the President's speech a couple of years ago made them have to break this one up into two weeks so that all the shows could catch up?

Ugh...we were so disappointed when it got to the end and there was still no answer. *tapping fingers* Guess I can wait one more week. :)

It was originally slated to end last night as a 2-hour finale, but I like this better. Last season it was a 3-hour VERY long, boring, drawn out finale that sucked. Next week we only get an hour. We get team's opinion, the final boardroom, the hiring, and a short reunion.

I think the reason was because had it ended last night, it's first hour would have been against Survivor which is against the contract from Mark Burnett(who created both shows).
