Three questions...

What's the catch?

Can deployed military use it?

Is it legit? ...I see the testamonial for someone's relative in Africa...couldn't help but recall the never-ending string of offshore scams i.e. "The (insert country name here) has X Billions in unclaimed oil revenues...give me your account number and I will deposit $250,000,000.00 US into your account blah blah blah"...

Yes, it is a legit program. We use it for the tropical updates.
