Thanks David, I breed persian cats, and this looks just like my male cat, which the whites are my biggest sellers!

Howdy Y'all!

Well, we've got smokes.....and LOTS of 'um, the smoke chaser is flying in circles as I post this near the house, doesn't suprize me, we've had NUMEROUS CG strokes for the last hour, in fact, I need to get off this box or it's liable to be toast, I don't need that!

OH....no BBQ for Meshell, boomer delayed, heading to a *phoofey* rest. for her Bday dinner!

Have fun Dennis... hopefully Michelle did as well.

I have spent the evening beginning work on a deck for the swimming pool. Call me crazy, but I am going to attempt it myself. We shall see what the end result will be. It will take a while because I don't have a lot of time. I will have to post the end result online.

While we are on the subject of avatars... let me say David, your avatar is so helpful to me. Everytime I see it I know if there is rain headed this way or not. Thanks!

Have a great evening everyone and TGIF!! :)

Evening all!

Well I saw a funny thing today....the sun in my northeastern sky!! Of course the rain will be back in time for the weekend, but tomorrow it will still be around....WHOOOOO RAAAAAA!!

Furry, so glad to know that your babies made it to the grands safe and sound...Praise God!! I know what you mean about wiggin' out when they leave home...I'm already freakin out, my oldest is going on a scout canoe trip for ten days this month to Michigan and my youngest is going for her first five day scout camp experience...horseback camp, she can't wait but me....well I'm wiggin' and missin' already :D Lifting up prayers that the X will send the boy to you and Brian for his visit, keep the faith girl, it will all work out fine, God is watching over.

Phoofey place again Dennis, have to chuckle with all the phoofey restaurants you've been to of late your becoming a regular commonsewer of the finer places in town :P

I agree that there are somethings appropriate to be shared on a message board and somethings that should be kept private.By all means if ever one needs prayer it should be asked for, no matter the reason.Sometimes it's helpful to bounce thoughts off of someone else, sometimes another person can see things from a different perspective or share their own personal experience.

Josh and Tom( I hope that is your name...LOL....sometimes I experience CRS syndrome), fella's I'll be keeping you both in prayer, keep the faith and a smile...your surrounded by folks who care and you are not alone, if you feel the need to share, then by all means share away, you'll always find a friendly ear and a caring heart round these parts.

Well all from me for now, I should be getting my carcass to bed, five am rolls around quicker then I want it too....specially considering that it's already almost 1 am here now!

Take good care folks, have a blessed day, enjoy!!

Morning everyone!

It rained overnight and now it is cloudy again...go figure. And yes David... we got plenty of it too. :)

I left some coffee on the Front Porch in case there are some late risers who just can't seem to get going. Speaking of getting going, I probably should.

Have a great Friday!

Raine, let me know when your babies are headin out, and I'll start the prayers....I know you can totally relate....nothing is more calming then having all your chicks in the nest! No confirmation the ex will put him on the plane, but we're heading out to Dallas tomorrow, in good faith, hoping to bring the little guy home with us.

We are wet! We did the romsntic get away to a hotel thing lastnight, and it rained rained rained! I drug B to the hot tub anyway, I wanted all my little plans to work out, despite what Mother Nature had planned! So we got rained on...it stopped long enough to get cleaned up, then was raining again as we walked downtown to our fav. little Italian Cafe...Didn't dampen the spirits tho, just the hair! lol

Well, thats about all the news from here...my car is being fixed today...yeah (dratted fuel pump)...so I will again be riding in style :).

Good wishes to all...

Good Morning All! Fresh Coffee for everyone!

Drinking my firstcup of java and looking at rain, rain and even more rain here in the FL PH. That system in the gulf is surely giving us some raindrops!!

Fur, I truly pray that it all works out for your stepson! Adults really sometimes have no idea how their actions affect the kids involved. It is really sad that there are so many adults who use the kids as weapons and pawns against those they have a problem with . He sounds likes a wonderful kid who just needs some TLC and some understanding.

Garrett, did the second box get there?

Dennis, how are things in the AZ mountains??

There are so many people here at S2K that I have come to respect completely. The hardships and the accomplishments are all a part of what makes this board so unique. It seem that we laugh together, cry together, cheer together and pray together. It is truly an awesome experience for me! I don't think that I have ever prayed so hard for people I have never even met. Sure I pray for groups of people, such as the Iraqui people who need structure and the children who can't fend for themselves. But here at S2K there is a comraderie that seems to escape the boundaries that most people use as conditions. I know I am getting all mushy but I felt I needed to let you guys know that I think of you all and pray for you as a group and individually when warranted. This board is made up of a very special group of people and I don't think it is a coincidence! (See my signature)

Anyhoo, hope you all have a wonderfully blessed day!!

Thanks Sandi...mushy is ok sometimes...in between the belly laughs and little tricks. Nice to know you as well.

Furry...gotta ask a question. Based on the artwork that Amanzi posted about the hot tub, Brian didn't try a cannonball into the tub did he?

102 today...a cooldown for Phoenix. Beautiful morning sunrise though.

Have a nice Saturday everyone.

Evenin' everyone. How are all of ya? I'm fine. Cloudy in Topeka, with a 70% chance of showers/t-storms today. Got nothing. Yet another showing of the Topeka rain bubble.

Have a good night!

David.
