Best amatuer foecaster has got to be Stormsfury. By definition he is an amatuer, by the way he does it he makes many professionals(not on this site)look pretty clueless!

I think that has to go to Galvestonduck. She has had some great threads over the past year. I might also give it to Rainband, Miss Mary, or Stephanie though.
