6' 1" 225 pounds. I was going to start trying to lose some, but the cold weather has set in. I can't seem to stay as active as I did growing up on the tobacco farm. I weighed 150 until I hit 25.

Worry about your depression first and your weight later. Just eat regular balanced meals and get out and about. It could be related to whatever medication you're on.

I always told my psychiatrist that I'd rather be fat & happy than skinny and neurotic! :lol:

5' 7" ... 135 lbs. according to the SCDL (Driver's License) ... fluctuated even down to 122 lbs a while back, but steadily back up around 135 lbs ...
