Well, at least I am not spending it in the hospital right now. I just started driving about January 1, and this was my first major roadtrip: a 50 mile drive west on I-80 to Lincoln and the severe weather symposium. Had a great drive on the way there. :D

Unfortunately, I flew into a guardrail while coming off the entrance ramp to head back to Omaha. Hit the guardrail in the center median, then pulled to the right shoulder. Was quite scary--my first accident. God was with me on that one; I rarely have my life flash infront of me like that. Thankfully, I only side-swiped one of those metal guardrails; not the concrete side of the bridge.

Well, then I go to work Sunday for 5 hours, and enjoy every bit of it... even when I get a difficult customer f-bombing me to pieces because her debit card does not work.

Please, pretty please could I have a decent week next week! :)

I'm busy doing Homework:

* Writing a research paper entitled "The Importance of Security Polices in Software Project Management" (due Tuesday)

* Developing a software progam involving Polymorphic Abstraction in Java (due Wednesday)

* Researching the USS Yorktown Smartchip failure of 1997, which ultimately left the ship "dead" in the open ocean for several hours.

And, for fun, watching the Caps. Its been a good weekend for them anyway.
