I've paid .88cents./gallon in the late 90's (crude was 10bucks/barrel)...locally I just paid 1.86 in WI/MN<---Mn is always cheaper because of lower taxes and WI stations price match them...

A week ago i paid 1.64 in Des Moines...

$2.08/gal in Milwaukee.
$1.98/gal in Menasha (gas station around the corner from my house)
