Ya know, I can't begin to count the scares on my hands, my belly from slipping with the knife boning beef out, of course, I never really felt it, I kept, still do, my knifes RAZOR sharp!

I can't imagine how someone could do that!!! The minute the blade hit the neck it would be all over since the arteries or cerebral cortex or esophagus would be the first to be hit. Must have been an automatic.(I'm not trying to be funny here,even though it sounds that way to me)
