I am assuming this is the commercial. :darrow: And if it is OMG, and it seems like something from the 70's, never ever seen it before.

And this seems to be one someone made up to make fun of it?? Or is it just another version of the real thing?

Yep, that's it... It's horrible... It's only about 5 seconds, but it really gets my gag reflex going...

And the parody is pretty funny... I love the iron.

Does anyone remember the Airborne commercials that used has-been child stars?

The worst one was with Barry Williams (Greg Brady).

It showed him sitting in a theater next to a woman. The woman lets out a small cough and he looks over at her, scared out of his mind and yells at the top of his lungs, "NOOOOOO!!!!!"

It was probably the funniest commercial I've ever seen because it showed what his career has come to.

Check this one out, kinda like the head on commercial but maybe more annoying. I ran across it as I was looking for the other commercial. Never heard this one either, thankfully.

After hearing that, my ears are bleeding. Thankfully I never heard that commercial ever.

"MyThumb, apply directly to the mute button."

Good one. I should do that from now on.

OMG, I was coming in here strictly to apply "directly to the forum" what has got to be one of the most annoying commercials in recent history. I can't stand it when some advertiser thinks they'll pound their product into my mind by saying the SAME thing OVER and over, and over again. This commercial has aggravated me to the point that the second it comes on--I reach for the remote and either mute, or change channels.. and e-mail the Television station that aired it. I've also sent mails to these clowns who make that junk telling them I wouldn't buy their product strictly BECAUSE of their nauseating repetitious aggravating commercial.

And now, I think they have another one for some knee pain... or hemhorroids, or God-only-knows what else... and it's the same cr*p...say the same line over, and over... these people are NUTS.

That Head-on Commercial is awful yes it is...but it did really serve its purpose, yes that everyone can remember it,

Yes.. I'll NEVER forget it.. and make absolutely CERTAIN that I NEVER BUY IT! Perhaps they'd have done better to let me forget a few things... like their name!

What if the same company did something so evil like put a 3 minute commercial of HeadOn:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UAbAIpZG7II

On another message board site that's also talking about the annoying "HeadOn" commercial, someone did a spoof on one of their posts:

GunOn, Shoot directly at this commercial

Local car dealership ads drive me crazy.

Yep - I remember these kinds of annoying ads - and I will never spend one penny on their goods or services. Oh yeah - the local car dealers - for years we had this voice-over guy, really loud and obnoxious. If I'd ever ran into him in person, it'd have been a challenge not to punch that big pie hole! :x YES! - Mr. OxyJerk - take a number - there's gotta be a line to bust out those yapping chiclets!

Hey Ducky... if you have migraines you already know what it is supposed to do. I've used Ben-Gay on my forehead for years to help alleviate migraine pain. All the prescription medications I've tried still don't work as good as a "double Goodies" and some BenGay!!!

But the Head On commercial is just about guaranteed to give you a migraine..... hmmmmmm maybe the advertising execs who thought up this one were a helluva lot smarter than we have all realized...... get a headache, use their product!!! :grr:
