What are you watching this summer?

Re: What are you watching this Fall?
Mondays
NOTHING (used to be a lot last time around!)
Tuesdays
Beauty and the Geek (City TV Canada has rights to the show from some other US network) (Not on the big 4 American stations (FOX, CBS, NBC, ABC))
Wednesdays
Kitchen Nightmares(New)
Kid Nation(new)
You are what you eat
Deal or No Deal?
Thursdays
The Office
My Name is Earl
Fridays
NOTHING! (surprising)
Sundays
The Simpsons
Family Guy
King of the Hill
No one is talking about Beauty and the Geek I think because it's not on the big 4. I had to edit this because I found some of the Monday shows were not on Monday but Tuesday.

Re: What are you watching this Fall?
Beauty and the Geek airs on The CW Tuesday, which is the merged WB/UPN networks. It's the so-called "fifth network". It hasn't really challenged the Big 4 despite being in almost as many homes.

I'm watching Journeyman. It's off to an interesting but weird start.
Big Bang Theory was decent but not must see(especially with 2 other shows in the timeslot).

Re: What are you watching this Fall?
Yes, DH premieres this Sunday!!!!!!
It's gonna be great. I have a whole bunch of info I'll post in the DH thread later this week.
Journeyman was GREAT. Not awesome like Chuck, but pretty close. Will definitely be back next week. I wasn't really expecting to like it that much.
So none of the shows tonight outright sucked. Hope it continues.
Tomorrow night for the new shows:
Cane

I am really ready for Thursday.
I'm excited for Thursday, but I can't wait for Wednesday! How can you resist a show named Dirty Sexy Money?

and today there is this:

Re: What are you watching this Fall?
'Dancing' Kicks Off Season on Top
Returning shows lead Monday, mixed start for newbies
September 25, 2007
Fast National ratings for Monday, Sept. 24, 2007
The first official night of the 2007-08 television season went ABC's way, while none of the night's new shows had a breakout premiere.
Thanks to "Dancing with the Stars," ABC won the night with a 10.1 rating/15 share. CBS finished second at 7.9/12, followed by NBC at 6.6/10. FOX, 4.4/7, came in fourth, and The CW, which went with an all-rerun lineup, was way off the pace at 1.1/2.
The adults 18-49 race was much tighter, with ABC's 4.7 rating just beating NBC's 4.6 for the lead. CBS took third with a 4.2. FOX averaged 2.7 and The CW 0.7.
"Dancing with the Stars" kicked off its fifth cycle with a 13.4/21 at 8 p.m. CBS' "How I Met Your Mother," 5.3/8, and "The Big Bang Theory," 6.0/9, tied for second in households with the premiere of NBC's "Chuck," which had a slight edge in total viewers and the 18-49 demo. "Prison Break" snagged a 4.7/7 for FOX. The CW went with back-to-back reruns of "Everybody Hates Chris."
The conclusion of "Dancing," 13.7/20, and the premiere of "The Bachelor," 7.2/11, kept ABC on top at 9 p.m. The season opener of "Heroes" drew an 8.1/12 for NBC, tying for second in households with "Two and a Half Men," 8.4/12, and "Rules of Engagement," 7.7/11, on CBS (NBC again had more viewers). "K-Ville" slipped from its premiere, earning a 4.1/6 for FOX. Repeats of "Girlfriends" and "The Game" aired on The CW.
At 10 p.m., CBS' "CSI: Miami" began its season with a 9.8/16. "The Bachelor," 6.3/10, was second in households for ABC, but NBC's "Journeyman," 5.9/10, had an edge in viewers despite losing a sizable portion of its lead-in audience.
Notes:
As far as returning shows go... How I Met Your Mother, Prison Break, and CSI: Miami suffered drops from last season.
The new shows got off to a blah start... Chuck was the strongest, but by no means a major hit. Journeyman losing viewers in the 2nd half hour is not good. BBT grew out of Mother which is a good sign, but again, nothing spectacular.
The Bachelor is a waste(bad retention too)... ABC could get a hit drama on Mondays at 10 if they wanted to.

Spoilers - don't read if you haven't watched Two and a Half Men yet.
Agree! Jake was doomed on his first day of Junior High. Loved it when Jake's cell phone rang! He didn't even go to school, he just switched buses and came home to his dad's. Pretty funny stuff....

House!! It's not too bad without the ducklings. . . in fact I may prefer it. Kitchen Nightmares - are they going to be at that Taco Bell in NYC with the rats?
