A big bowl of Optimum cereal mixed with a bit of Raisin Bran, topped with strawberries and low-carb milk substitute, plus a combo of Swiss Miss sugar-free cocoa mixed with decaf coffee (the remains of which I've now added ice cubes for a cold drink while I work on school stuff)

I ran out of oatmeal nearly a week ago and haven't gone "stock up" shopping since then! So it was low-carb yogurt and decaf coffee [coconut flavor -- not so great
