Mahoud Ahmadinejad=Israel Destruction is near

Again Iran's President calls for Israel destruction after he said last year that Israel will be wiped out.

Russia and/or China will veto any touch resolutions on Iran. Those are the sad facts.

I think the only real solution will be if Israel, or several Western Countries, go it alone. Waiting for the UN to take action will not solve this problem.

It is terrible to say this, but Saddam provided a counter balance to Iranian desires of domination in the Region, so on that issue at least I can say the World is worse off without Saddam.

Here is a very brief summary of the situation as it stands right now:

War is not imminent in this situation as diplomacy has the lead at this time. The Europeans meaning Great Britain,France and Germany are trying to convince Iran to halt their Nuclear program, however Iran has not done so.Meanwhile in the United Nations,China and Russia, which have strong ties with Iran and have vetoe power in the security council are impeding the U.S to have strong sanctions resolutions. In the meantime Israel has hinted in the past few days that it may go alone and strike the Nuclear Plants. So my friend, this is how things stand in this standoff that by what is going on,it is going to take a while to get a resolution one way or another.

Iran wants to help U.S in Iraq with conditions

:uarrow: :uarrow: :uarrow: :uarrow: :uarrow: :uarrow: :uarrow: :uarrow:

The main condition that Iran can help the U.S get out of Iraq is for the U.S to not intervine with their nuke program. To me it's a none starter that proposal from Iran President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

Iran's President Writes Letter to Americans

:uarrow: :uarrow: :uarrow: :uarrow: :uarrow: :uarrow: :uarrow:

This letter shows that the U.S. can't talk or trust him on anything from the Iraq situation to when he says the Nuclear program is for peaceful purposes.

Germany against Iran having Nukes

But the question is if there will be economic sanctions against Iran to force them to abandon it's Nuclear ambitions.

Above is more information about what the U.S. plans to do in the Persian Gulf to intimidate Iran to change it's course about the Nuclear ambitions. In past weeks Israel has been hinting about striking alone Iran's Nuke Plants. So it looks like things are heating up a bit in this front.
