Probably nothing tonight. I have to work from 5-9. I ate some Wendy's a few minutes ago for lunch. So, hopefully that will hold me until I get home around 9:30 tonight.

cajungal, your dinner tonight was mine last night because I had to work from 5-9, too. I ate a big bowl of chocolate-peanut butter ice cream around 10:15 -- not very nutricious, but it hit the spot.

Tonight will just be my sis and I, so I'm thinking (pre-packaged) meatless lasagne, foccacia, + tossed salad.

Last night I baked some popcorn shrimp popper and french fries in the oven. Tonight-It may be nothing or may just have to pick up something on the way home. I got to report back to jury duty today at 1 p.m. and who knows what time they will release us. I will try to force myself to eat lunch before I go. Just have not had much of an appetite lately because my IBS has been really bad for the last few days.

I got released from Jury Duty!!! Woo HOO it is over!!! I did not get picked or even interviewed for that matter. So, on the way home, I stopped at KFC. Got me some chicken strips, mashed pototoes w/gravy, and Mac n Cheese. Had an apple-caramel turnover for dessert. I was pretty hungry because I did not eat breakfast and barely ate any lunch.

Popcorn shrimp basket from Popeyes. (shrimp, cajun fries and a biscuit) Big mistake. It has been a long time since I eaten one and forgot how spicy it is. Now my stomach is burning and my mouth is still burning.

Shrimp, rice, and salad. Oh and a fresh french loaf to dip in roasted red pepper humus.
