Is this story playing in the Asian media as well?

A good question for those storm2k members that live in that part of the world.

Not in the June 18 Asian Times as yet:

Japanese intelligence says NK may fire a Long Range Missile towards Hawaii in July

IMO "Japanese Intelligence" wants to fire the rage of you Americans because the Japanese are more afraid than the Americans, they want more concern of yours. NK dares not fire at Hawaii nor any part of the US. We learned nothing from Chinese media about this.

If I was China, Japan or Russia, I would be afraid of what NK can or will do. This country is looking for a fight of some sort. It do hope that particularly China and Russia finally say enough to their "ally".

Remember the USS Pueblo. She is still a commissioned US Navy ship and still in NK. We still owe NK some revenge.....MGC

Even if NK fires a missile we won't invade. The missile will fail to hit Hawaii and we won't let them provoke us into a pointless conflict. The last president was wise enough to avoid a NK war. The current president will also be wise enough. So those above who seem eager to bomb NK, don't get your hopes up!

we'll merely be showing further weakness, which will further embolden our enemies.

That is a major reaosn why we were struck on 9/11... our lack of response to Al Queda merely emboldened them
