David, why are you off Thursday and Friday? I know Monday is President's Day.

Next week is School Vacation week in Massachusetts, always President's Day Week.

April Vacation is the third week in April... the third Monday being "Patriot's Day" - only in Massachusetts and Maine... it commemorates the battle of Lexington and Concord.

One of my tax refunds came in on last Friday, which helps the vacation situation ... among other things ... so far, I've spend a little bit today ... two new CD's and the "A Perfect Circle" T-Shirt ... (Thirteenth Step) ...

But I still have a little more money than I started with ... :P ...

I haven't done mine yet either, boy I need to hop on it!

I'm not expecting too much, maybe a tad over last year... we'll see!

Gee, no school during Parent-Teacher Conferences?? All the public schools I attended (four of them in thirteen years) had the Conferences at night. I vaguely remember there being a half day for one of them.

Morning all!!! Hope everyone is safe and sound this morning. Looks like a wet and dreary day here. Coffee is brewing. Will be starting breakfast shortly.

On the menu: Fresh fruit salad, french toast, bacon, homemade blueberry muffins, crepe suzette with strawberries. Let me know what ya'll want to eat.

Are you sure that's all you watn?? lol I'll take some crepe's and some of the rest too, what the heck....lol

Tom, taxes haven't been on the news too much yet because it's not close to April 15th, the deadline.

I finished my return last night. Pretty disappointing to say the least. But on the bright side, I will not have to pay in again this year. Last year I did, but that was my own fault.

FF, why the sad face dear? Here's your coffee. First cup of the day. Maybe you don't like my breakfast menu? Want me to whip you up something else?

*slides coffee towards FF*

Blizzard, some of everything, eh? Taste testing, maybe? And don't talk about taxes, I'm in denial about doing mine. Maybe during Spring Break.

*places HUGE plate in front of Blizz. hands him a napkin*

Hunter, has browns were NOT on the menu, but I made them special for you. Extra strawberries for the french toast. And I spiked the orange juice anyway.

*places 2 plates in front of Hunter. HUNGRY MAN!*

Salt, pepper, ketchup? More vodka in your OJ?

French toast and some french vanilla cream in my coffee please...

Don't talk about taxes..... I have to do mine, my brother-in-laws and my sister-in-law's and I'm being mean and charging them.
