How come this kind of dressing is allowed in court????????.If it was a regular man rapidly the court would say no way you will get inside the court that way but as it is a celebrity it is permited. :grr:

SANTA MARIA, California (CNN) -- The teenager accusing Michael Jackson of molesting him testified Thursday that the pop star gave him wine during a trip to Florida and later served him hard liquor at the singer's Neverland Ranch.

The testimony came during a day already filled with drama; the judge in Jackson's child molestation trial threatened to jail the singer for arriving late to court Thursday.

Thursday afternoon, however, Santa Barbara Superior Court Judge Rodney S. Melville revoked the bench warrant he issued earlier in the day.

Melville's decision meant Jackson's $3 million bail would be continued and the singer would not be jailed.

On the witness stand for a second day, the 15-year-old accuser said that during a trip to Miami in February 2003, Jackson took him into a room in his hotel suite and gave him white wine in a Diet Coke can, referring to it as "Jesus juice."

"I drank a little bit and told him it tasted ugly," the boy said. But he said Jackson urged him to continue drinking it, saying, "it will relax you. I know you're all stressed out."

The boy said that the next day, "I felt my head hurt, and I wanted to lay down."

On the trip home from Miami on Jackson's private jet, the pop star urged him not to tell anyone about the "Jesus juice," took off a watch he was wearing and gave it to the boy, the teenager said.

"He told me the watch was worth $75,000," the boy said.

Both the boy and his younger brother drank wine with Jackson on the flight, he said.

In the weeks after the Miami trip, when the family was staying at Neverland, the teenage accuser said that he and his brother slept with Jackson in his bed and drank alcohol with Jackson "every night that Michael was there." The boy also said he was given hard alcohol -- rum, vodka and whisky -- in addition to wine.

The boy testified that on three occasions, he expressed concern to Jackson that drinking alcohol might be bad for him because he only had one kidney, having lost the other one to cancer.

But Jackson "said it was OK, nothing bad would happen," the boy said.

The boy also testified that Jackson asked him to hold his hand during the filming of a controversial television documentary by British journalist Martin Bashir -- an image that took a toll on Jackson's public image when it aired in 2003. The boy also was asked why he put his head on Jackson's shoulder during the taping.

"I was really close to Michael. He was like my best friend," the boy testified. "So I just put my head on his shoulder."

Let's now see if the jurors believe the accuser or not as he testifies about all the relationship with Jackson.By the way the judge did revoke himself and did not jailed Jackson for being late today and he prsented himself in pijamas.

The Doctor saved MJ from arrest but I think this sets a bad precedent. Frankly, if the Judge is smart he would have MJ watch the trial on a monitor from another room, then if he doesn't show up its no big deal and doesn't throw the courtroom in a tizzy.

Agree 100%.I thought that the judge was more strong in his decisions. As I said before if someone else went in pijamas or be late he would be in jail but being a celebrety that person has privileges. :grrr:

At the link above is the whole testimony of the accuser of molestation against Jackson. Now the question is will the jurors believe him or not as this testimony is the most important one for Jackson to be guilty or not.

MJ is a lost soul. Borders on...if not may be certifiably mentally ill. The guy lost his own childhood and really has no clue what reality is. No clue at all.

Sad that his talents and potential have come to this. His image is no longer of a star, but pain so deep we must mask it in laughs...he is the butt of jokes and the ultimate sacrificial lamb.

I predict his demise will occur...professionally for sure, perhaps worse.

I hold no more regard for any parents who would allow their children to spend the night in Jacko's Neverland. That is especially true since his near miss some ten years ago with another legal battle over his "advances."

MJ is so out of touch with reality that he believes his definition of love is genuine. Those parents are so out of touch with their children that most are little more than golddiggers using their children as bait.

Disgusting all the way around. Sad, immensely sad, but disgusting nonetheless.

Today the trial stops as testimony will not occur as the lawyers will file motions and the jurors will not attend. The trial resumes on monday.

Steve I agree 100% with your statement.

it was a pre-planned coordinated stunt by his lawyer. it was pointed out on tv that his accuser was going to testify in court that he saw jackson at never land in his pajamas. thus, jackson arranges to show up in court in what? his pajamas.

this judge caved and is a joke

Insiders Fear Jackson Will Commit Suicide

Michael Jackson's close friends now really fear that he will commit suicide. I am not kidding. The scene this morning at the courthouse in Santa Maria has convinced people who ordinarily do not say these things that Jackson is in serious mental trouble.

One thing is for sure: the combined pressures of his financial peril and seeing his accuser on the stand have undone Jackson. My insider says: "He does not have back trouble," as Jackson claimed. "He's making it up. But he's definitely in pain. He's creating it."

Jackson's publicist, Raymone Bain, insists that Jackson called his lawyer, Tom Mesereau, at 5:15am PST this morning to tell him of his severe back pain. But I can tell you that Jackson also made other calls to a variety of people. He didn't sound like he was in pain. He sounded like someone who'd been up all night and was frantic.

That's because last night, as we reported earlier today, a meeting took place at Neverland concerning the dire financial picture. Staffers have not been paid in two weeks. Some have walked off the job. Others are holding on for the moment, but as one said to me today: "When does loyalty become stupidity?"

The above information is breaking news from the Drudge Report.

All of what happened yesterday was a drama at the maximun.About the other thing is if he is frustrated and suicides.

Well, he won't get sympathy from the jury, so what's the point of the stunt? The jury can't watch the news.

the jury knows whats going on. i have no doubt of that. and they certainly saw him in his pj's, while the victim was testifying he saw jackson in his pj's.

i am mad at the judge for surrendering the trial to jackson and his attorneys

Well, then I'd advise you to call the judge and ask him to declare a mistrial. They saw him in his pajamas. They doesn't mean they know what's going on or that they have heard anything about him being suicidal. If they know and you have no doubt about it, then the jury has been tainted by the media...somehow. I seriously doubt it.

last night, Nancy Grace showed some footage of Jackson walking into the courthouse. He was shuffling around, looking pretty morose and a fan behind him called out. He swiveled around pretty darn quick and flashed a V sign. Nothing wrong with that man's back. Not a darn thing. No one should be surprised at the theatrics here. He's as guilty as sin and this antic was aimed at detracting from all the horrible things that young boy had to say. I dont believe his attorney had anything at all to do with it. I do believe, that his attorney has little to no control over his client's behavior.

Is it just me or is MJ's face getting more and more mask-like? Everytime I go to any news site, there's a picture of him, with sunglasses on. It used to be his nose looked very out of place, along with his new porcelin skin. But now the area round his mouth looks so fake.

I must admit I haven't been falling this case as closely as many here have. So I don't really have more input to add, other than the opinion I have he's guilty. As are the parents of these children for even considering allowing them to spend the night. They were just as crazy as MJ was for asking they spend the night.....but I just can't get beyond the fact that his face is starting to really look mask-like and not at all natural. The entire face!

What a freak's he's become......sad.

Luis - oh I agree - what a media circus this has become.

But as I am forced to see continuous pictures of MJ on nearly every news source I've bookmarked, his face is even more disturbing to me now. Just the other day I was at the dentist's office and the receptionist said her children do not believe her when she says at one time MJ looked normal. Had many fans and was very popular. I said I remembered when he performed at the Grammy's or a similar music award show (1985), dancing to Beat It or Billie Jean and EVERYONE was talking about that performance, for days. He was on top of the world back then.

It's as if there are two MJ's - the one then (Thriller days) and the one we see now.
