Thought so. :) He's FBI.

I think the FBI badge (fake) was planted by the daughter to throw them a bone and get them off his back. But what the daughter told her father "I know your one of the good guys" really gave us a clue to his character. Could Hawkins be the Ravenwood Traitor?

I'm hooked on this show now but I need to catch up on the early episodes. I just wish CBS would re-air them. I realize I can watch them online, it's just not the same. Fall Finale tonight.

Jericho
8 pm/ET CBS New

Jericho fans had better pay close attention, as this is the last episode until the program resumes from hiatus on February 14th, 2007. There are several important plot twists, not the least of which is the murder of Gracie Leigh. Mitchell Cafferty accuses Jonah of the dastardly deed, but... Mitchell isn't the most stand-up citizen in town. Meanwhile, Gray cleverly converts the town's anger over the homicide into votes, and things get real nasty as a lynch-mob mentality takes over. — Rick Toy

First of all -- Sinead O'Conner? Ick! (imo) What a song to end the episode.

And most important of all, what the heck was that?? It was a "fall" finale, right? Not quite a season finale, but definitely not a SERIES finale. So why all the happy-sappy, lovey-dovey stuff? I wanted a cliffhanger!

*snicker* :uarrow: Wrote that as the episode was winding down...and then - BAM!

Nevermind....

Now, it's a cliffhanger. :)

They are not going to let Hawkins go that easy. Now the question is who has access to obital satellite photo's? Who think's the new Dr. is the traitor? I would like to know what they are drinking in the bar? Did they start a still? Surely she would have run out of liquor in eight weeks since the bombs went off. The fiance got to Jericho just in time. Can they have a re-election? I vote to impeach the new mayor or run him out of town on a rail.

It's going on hiatus. It'll be back on February 21st for the 2nd half of the season(repeat free). It's the same thing Lost and Prison Break are doing.

Brent - I finally saw the finale. Tell me, what did you think of when the large group of refugees showed up? I had one word in my mind and you can guess it - the others. They all looked shell shocked. I also think it was a little soap operaish when Jake's old g/f's husband showed up? Or is he just her boyfriend? I'm not good with character names yet.....

He is her fiancee, they were supposed to be married last week. The girls got drunk on what was supposed to be her wedding day.

“Jericho” Past Secrets Come To Light

ulrichscottjericho.jpgIt’s been a very busy week at the annual Television Critics Assn. Press Tour. We’ve heard from those in the know about what to expect from several SF vehicles, from “Battlestar Galactica” to “Heroes” and now “Jericho” star Skeet Ulrich, who plays Jake Green on the series, spills some of the beans on what fans can expect from the rest of Season One when the show returns on February 14th.

“I think the deeper stuff that we’ve sort of developed over the past three months has yet to be seen,” Ulrich said yesterday in an interview with SCI FI Wire at the press tour. “It’s sort of why these things happen. There’s an interim between me leaving Jericho and the past five years. That is the evolution of this story.”

Ulrich added that the audience will finally find out what his character has been doing since he left Jericho. “It becomes clear where he’d been, certainly for a portion of that five years,” he said. “But not unlike Hawkins’ backstory, it’s sort of one layer of what’s been going on. I mean, you learn in episode 14 quite a bit more than you do in 12. But the thing I love about the character is you never know what’s true and what’s not.”

The CBS hit show starring a headliner ensemble cast lead by Ulrich, Gerald McRaney, Pamela Reed and Ashley Scott airs on Wednesdays at 8PM/ET and returns in February with all new episodes.

WHAT AN EPISODE! OMG!

Who watched it? Who almost fell off their chairs at the end? Not 15 seconds after it ended I had a cigarette lit and chatting away with a friend on the phone about it.

One thing I noticed though, when the bomb went off in Denver in the pilot, didn't the cars die too? Maybe they didn't, but they didn't tonight.

Lost writers need to take notes!

I was only halfway paying attention through most of it, and it was still pretty amazing. Now I have to go back and watch some stuff, like who that was at the end.

Mediaweek:

Since there is more to the line-up than American Idol, CBS drama Jericho returned to the slate with disappointing results. Jericho officially kicked-off the second half of its freshman season with a distant second-place 5.4 rating/9 share. Comparably, the Lost-wannabe debuted on Sept. 20, 2006 with a considerably heftier 7.7/12 in the overnights.

The first hour of American Idol (17.3/27) actually beat the four competing networks combined -- the aforementioned Jericho (5.4/ 9), ABC’s George Lopez (4.0/ 6) and The Knights of Prosperity (2.7/ 4), NBC’s Friday Night Lights (3.6/ 6) and the Beauty and the Geek reunion show on the CW (2.3/ 4) -- by 18 percent.

Not good. This show should have done much better. Idol sucks in this regard.

and in the Fast Nationals:

The first hour of "Idol" delivered a 16.6/24 for FOX at 8 p.m. The return of "Jericho" didn't do very big business for CBS, scoring a 5.7/9. "Friday Night Lights," 3.7/6, put NBC in third. ABC came in fourth with "George Lopez" and "The Knights of Prosperity," while The CW's "Beauty and the Geek" reunion show drew a 1.9/3.

I've finally caught up with Jericho. First off, the recap episode from Feb. 14. Then the Feb. 23rd ep - wow! As soon as the camera started to turn and I saw it was girl with brown hair, I suspected it was the girl we saw on the computer. But do I know what the heck is going on with this show? NO! LOL I feel about half clued in.....so trying to figure this all out is similar to Lost, but more sad, IMHO. Is there any hope for this town or for civilazation, for that matter? The empty look in the fiance's eyes.....OMG. They spoke volumes.

This episode gave me chills!

You can watch all the episodes on the CBS site under Jericho. It's been a fun ride really, and I got a sneak peak into this season and it's going to get very interesting.

Thanks again for the reminder. Trouble is I need time to watch these episodes, since they're available on the computer! But I'll try....inevitably my family needs me for something or other, almost each and everytime I log on! LOL
