'Dirty Dancing' star Patrick Swayze has cancer

Pancreatic cancer, so his odds for survival aren't high.I never got into 'Ghost' (woman's movie), but that movie where he played a bar bouncer, and that surfing/bank robbing movie with Keanu Reevers were excellent.

I saw the news in the morning in CNN. Sad news. Lets hope he gets through it.

Unfortunately he probably won't be as lucky as Steve Jobs was with his rare variety of pancreatic cancer..

Dirty Dancing is one of my favorite movies that he starred in. I wish him the best as he deals with this cancer.

Survival rates 1995-2001
4.7 percent for white men
4.2 percent for white women
2.9 percent for African American men
5.6 percent for African American women.
Dirty Dancing is one of my mothers favorite movies. They haven't made much progress on this disease.

He is such a hottie! and some great movies........my prayers are with him.
