It looks like it works inside Google Earth, too, but I haven't tried that yet (I never bothered to update Google Earth in a long time - probably need the latest version)

Wow, it left me with the mouth wide open. Really, really nice stuff from Google!!!

Yeah, there's a button on Google Earth that switches to sky mode. It's really nice.


Somewhat off topic, but there's also a flight simulator in Google Earth. Mash down Control+Alt+A to get it started.
