It's a transexual. He was a woman that did a sex transplant but now his (her?) partner doesn't get pregnant and since inside this person is a woman, he (she?) decided to deliver. I saw it in the news.

Interestingly this person is legally a man but by nature, it's a woman.

What a story! As long as she is not claiming to have impregnated herself.

It was in vitro. I guess the sperm was donated.

Ok, I'm really dumb about these things, but if he/she had a sex change, doesn't that mean he/she has a penis now? If so, how did they do in vitro and how will that affect the birthing process???????

From my understanding it was not a 'complete' sex reassignment. She/He kept all of their female organs and stopped taking the male hormones in order to be able to become pregnant.

The greater question is, where to do they get the extra penis from? :)

He/she did not have the genital organs changed, i.e. did not complete the process.
