actor gregory hines

has died at the age of 57, he had cancer. he will be missed and was an excellent actor and tap dancer. he was always at the top of my list of favorites, along with sammy davis, jr.

That's a total shock to me since he was relatively young, and I did not know that he had cancer.

I did not know that he was ill but best of wishes to his family.

One of my favorite actors and dancers. Hos movie Running Scared with Billy Crystal was great! I had no idea he was even sick! RIP and thanks for the memories Gregory!

A sad loss to the Dance community... His performance in White Nights was phanomenal! I have watched that movie over 30 times .... very very sad indeed

I never heard much about Gregory Hines. I have listened to the news, etc. over the years and the name was never mentioned too much. May he rest in peace.
