Conspiracy forum's take on TS Dolly

As some of you might know, I find it mildly amusing to read
http://www.godlikeproductions.com every now and then. The thread there about TS Dolly is, as you'd expect, not the most sane.

I thought Katrina was a weapon used by the USSR to attack America. Wow, how wrong was I!!!
There are some people that find a conspiracy everywhere. I hate that.

I think I remember some meteorologist from the midwest who kept saying Katrina and Wilma were seeded by the Japanese and Russian's due to revenge (Ivan too). This meteorologist also posts en masse photos he took on vacation of contrails from jets. The one that made me laugh the most was his posting of a "chaos cloud".
