His new CD hit the stores yesterday, Greatest hits Volume 11, and its a winner. There are a total of 26 songs on 2 CD's, and a bargain @ $9.98 @ your local Target store.
If your looking for his duet with Jimmy Buffet, it's there along with a few I've never heard on the 2nd disc titled "Other Stuff".
I'm listening to it as I type.

It is a great collection of Alan Jackson material. All the stuff on the second "bonus" cd are Alan's favorites that were never released to country radio as singles.
Also, as a side note... if you ever get a chance to see Alan live you should. It is a great show!

Seen him 4 times. He makes a point of strolling on to the stage fashionably late in his oh so cool mode...and everybody seems to forget he was late.
The best thing about AJ is he never seems to have a bomb on any CD he puts out.
Unlike most artists...(I will cite Wynnona's latest), they are sure to have some tracks that have you skipping ahead to the next song.

I agree Garrett......Alan puts on ONE heckuva show. It's been quite a few years ago since I saw him, he had Diamond Rio opening for him.
WHAT??? Only 9.98$!!!! Hmmmm, he musn't be as MONEY HUNGRY say like...Garth Brooks (Barf Brooks "LOL!") As you can tell, I can't stand Garth, especially after he whinned and sniveled about him not getting the royalities off his used CD sales!

Ditto, j. I got Wynonna's cd as a birthday gift and found only four or five songs out of 14 that I really want to listen to. I can listen to Alan's cds from start to finish and never want to skip.
