Black Belt Vs. Valet Parking

The local Italian Restaurant by me is very popular. So popular that they have to have Valet Parking on Friday and Saturday night. 2 doors down from the restaurant is a Karate Studio. Very nice place, I sent my kids there for awhile. The nicest bunch of people. At 7 PM on Fridays the Karate Studio has the adult Black Belt class. There are about 10 who show up. So, the other night, I went to pick up a pizza. The valet had put small orange cones in 10 spots just in front of the Karate Studio. (It is a very small lot.) There were no other empty spaces. I didn't care. I parked ileaglly and went inside for my pizza. On my way out was a somedbody driving around looking for a spot. He was in a SUV that was pretty high off the ground and wearing his Karate stuff. He really tried to find a spot. And the 20 something valet wasn't going to budge. (There are about 25 spots in the back of the strip mall he should have been using.) This was great. I knew who was in the SUV. He gave the kid a chance to remove his cone from the spot. No deal. Oh well. The guy drives over the cone and parks. The indignant valet comes over to tell the drive that he can't park there. The driver gets out of his SUV in his Karate PJs (Gi). The valet just stops and stares...... It was funny. You could see it in his posture, " $&*!, he's a black belt" The valet then politely asked the driver of the SUV to move so the valet could get the cone. HAHAHAHA
Then, I left. Season ended, so the valet is gone. But I am wondering if the valet is going to return.
