Tampa plant that makes "Hav-a-Tampa" cigars to close.
I'm not a smoker, but back when I was first married, when border cities in Tamaulipas were safe (my wife's Dad and uncles still share ownership of their boyhood home in Cd. Ordaz), my wife's maternal grand-dad, "Popo", used to take me down to Nvo. Progreso, and buy what were advertised as Cuban cigars.
They gave me a genuine head rush. I could never smoke more than a fraction of one.
