How do you customize your computer?

#1 Postby weatherlover427 » Sun Aug 17, 2003 4:40 pm

I have tweaked mine in many various ways. I will show you some of them here. :)

First off is the custom background behingd my IE and Windows Explorer toolbar. It looks like this:

Second, I have tweaked it so that all compressed files and folders show as orange, like so:

Again you can see my custom Windows Explorer background here. :)

Third, I have found a way to get wallpapers onto my desktop. :D Here is my August one:

There are others but this is good for starters. :) What have you done to your comp?

At home, I have Gabrielle (from Xena) as my wallpaper and I have a 9/11 screensaver (flags, eagles, angels, etc....nothing traumatic.

At work, I used to have a desktop theme called USA Freedom. But I just got a new computer last month and haven't had a chance to download new stuff for it. I'll probably do Florida Gators stuff.

My desktop wallpaper is the United States Radar, when there is something to look at closer, I have the Florida Radar and at times another portion of the United States.
